Installation is a two step process:

1) First, make a backup of the icons. They are located under the directory in which you installed UBCD4Win:

plugin\Add-Ons\RocketDock\files\Icons 

copy all of the files in that folder.

2) Unzip the files in this .zip archive into that same plugin\Add-Ons\RocketDock\files\Icons folder.
